During this challenge I definitely saw difference in the amount of weight I was able to do each workout, which is awesome to see even if you do not see the scale number changing. So that motivated me to keep pushing to see the tone difference in my body at the end! She also started up boot camps on Saturdays on top of the IG lives/ zooms which made it very motivating to stay on top of your workouts! Her website with the course outline and all the workouts and tips and tricks to eating right is all laid out so easy for you to reference later and stay on track! “Dani previously taught me how to calculate my macros but after the shelter-in-place was implemented due to the pandemic, I wasn’t seeing any results. I joined this Stronger at Home 27-Day challenge to help me get back on track. Dani helped me adjust my macros to the sedentary lifestyle I now have. I work from home and don’t get to do all the walking I used to. I learned that being consistent with tracking my macros and planning my meals ahead is pivotal to my success. Being accountable to this challenge and Coach Dani was the push I needed to achieve real results. I love the workout plans because they are only 30 minutes with complex moves that target my whole body especially the core/abs, my “problem” area. I feel so motivated and inspired to keep going!
